Well it should be. I would expect it to be automatically detected, but it can also be enabled manually to make sure. Though I think it is only visible when you run make and it runs configure in the subdirectory gcc/.

Multiarch is how it is called when some headers are not in /usr/include but in /usr/include/$triplet.
