Could you share the steps to build OpenMP 4.5 with offload for gcc 8.1? I've tried it with no success.

Is there a flag to tell gcc to compile for a specific GPU type? I tried march=sm35, but this was not supported. I see k80, but I am not sure if that indeed target Nvidia Tesla K80 GPUs.
