LTO_tags out of range: Range is 0 to 365, value is 1432

Hi,

I try to build gcc-4.8.0 for win-x86_64 with LTO.
I add '-flto' option to CFLAGS / CXXFLAGS / LDFLAGS
(without this option gcc is built successfully)

When building I get the following error:
