Simplifying it. 32bit library is already present as you can see below.


[root@pmd02 pmdtest]# yum provides "*gnu/stubs-32.h"
Loaded plugins: rhnplugin, security
This system is not registered with RHN.
RHN support will be disabled.
glibc-devel-2.5-34.i386 : Object files for development using standard
C libraries.

But I dont see any stubs-32.h in /usr/include/gnu/
