some question about arm cross toolchain

hi all:
I found there are 2 arm tool chains as "arm-linux-gnueabihf-gcc" and
"arm-linux-c-gcc"
What are the differences between "gnueabihf" and "gnueabihf"
is that due to different EABI version?
