If you are looking for source code, to build it yourself, any mirror for
gcc.gnu.org will work. If you are looking for a pre-built binary for
your linux (or similar) installation, those should be available as
options in your OS installation procedure (CD or DVD). As you don't
give any details, it's hard to give relevant assistance.
