I am trying to install gcc on AIX version 4.3.2 and am running into a
problem. There is no c compiler on AIX version 4.3.2 and when I try to
run the configure of gcc, I get the following error:
*** The command 'cc -o conftest -g conftest.c' failed.
*** You must set the environment variable CC to a working compiler.
I have tried gcc versions 2.95 and 3.3.5 and I get the same error with
both.
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
