Hi, tried to build gcc-3.4.4 and gcc-4.0.0 on $ uname -a AIX localhost 2 5 Both builds with ../gcc-xxx/configure --enable-threads=posix --prefix=... Both slow down at a configure for G++, last couple of messages: checking nan.h usability... no checking nan.h presence... no checking for nan.h... no checking ieeefp.h usability... no checking ieeefp.h presence... ^Cmake[1]: *** [configure-target-libstdc++-v3] Error 129 make: *** [bootstrap-lean] Interrupt I did a CTRL-C to stop it, each of these lines took 5-10 minutes alone. Any idea ? Should I use pthreads=aix instead ? bye, krajo
