	Bootstrapping GCC requires setting AIX process resouces limits
high.  From the AIX-specific installation instructions:

"out of memory" bootstrap failures may indicate a problem with process
resource limits (ulimit). Hard limits are configured in the
/etc/security/limits system configuration file.
