this is not the right list. For redhat specific question like how to 
install RPMs you should ask on a redhat specific forum. 

You may also just read the RPM HowTo here: http://www.rpm.org/RPM-HOWTO/
(especially the section entitled "Using RPM")

Also note, that you downloaded a "source" RPM. If you don't know what 
a src.rpm is for you probably don't want it. You want a binary RPM
for your specific platform instead (i386.rpm or athlon.rpm etc.)

If you still want to install your source RPM, read this

for example.
