Summary: keep alive ping for HTTP-proxy

Initial Comment:
I am behind a HTTP proxy and can only use the HTTP
access mode of MSN to tunnel through the proxy.

Is there any way to send a periodic keep-alive packet,
so that the proxy connection insn't timed out?
