In order to have it offered as a download instead of having it displayed in the browser, I set up a PHP coded link. Unfortunately, some few browsers (e.g. NS6) ignore the code for forcing a download and start to display it. The SourceForge download page (like http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/clamwin/clamwin-0.88.3.1-setup.exe?download ) always works. How is this page coded? Does it always download because the files are binaries?
