Summary: Window spawning position (Win xp, 2.0beta3)

Initial Comment:
I have a toolbar across the top of my windows desktop
that contains the quicklaunch bar and the virtual
desktop manager powertoy for xp. However, whenever I
open a new conversation window, it spawns underneath
this bar. If I click auto hide or unclick always on
top, I can get to the window and move it, but I'd
rather change where the window spawns. Is there some
setting file where I can muck around and change this?

TIA,
Andrew
