Summary: icq privacy setting changing "by itself"

Initial Comment:
In gaim 1.5, the ICQ transport is changing its
<privacy> setting in blist.xml from

<account proto="prpl-oscar" name="XXX"
mode="5"></account> to mode 4. no interaction
whatsoever necessary with the client, it just happens
afer a while. and then the spamming begins, as mode 4
seems to be "block only this list".

Will gladly provide more info. Multiprocessor box, suse
linux 9.3.

Privacy in gaim is very unintuitive, and each protocol makes use of the dialog very differently. in the case of oscar, both aim and icq even use it differently.
