Summary: Cannot select protocol

Initial Comment:
Hello,
I'm working under Windows XP SP2(Traditional Chinese).
I cannot create a account because I can't see anything
under the protocol menu.
Here's the screeshot.
Thanks.

Hmmm... that does look like a problem.

What version of gaim is this?

What does the debug log say? (Run `gaim -d` from a cmd
prompt, then copy/paste the output info)
