0x8 is XFS_SB_FEAT_INCOMPAT_BIGTIME, maybe you need to format with a set
of filesystem features compatible with 5.10?

# mkfs.xfs -c options=/usr/share/xfsprogs/mkfs/lts_5.10.conf /dev/sda1
