Argh, sorry. I realized a comment and commit messages were ambiguous
because fcLangData doesn't solely describe a clear order for
languages/charsets (its langIndices and langIndicesInv members aren't in
the same order, for one). Of course, I meant fcLangCharSets. I've
amended the commits and rebased on current 'master', see the next
thread.

Also, since the new commits are in a separate thread, you should be
able, I think, to save them to a file and apply them more conveniently
with only one 'git am' command...
