Re: 404 error when opening https://fontconfig.org/release

Well, the place to be  redirected is different.
http://fontconfig.org/* is moving to
https://fontconfig.freedesktop.org/* but https://fontconfig.org is
moving to https://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/. so current behavior still
looks wrong.
