just providing such information there is useless because partial matching on String object isn't supported. acquiring or preventing specific feature may be useful though, we need to think about it first.

A while back we decided to limit what fontconfig reports to only what's
reasonably used for font matching. One can suggest that "fonts that have
small caps feature" is a reasonable way to filter fonts. And I tend to agree.
If anything, that's more useful than the currently otlayout:arab reporting.
I don't have a good format for this in mind though.
