New mailing list `fontconfig-bugs` is now open. this is read-only list and is supposed to be forwarded all of mails from bugzilla for fontconfig. if you have any comments on bugs, you better posting to bugzilla. For this change, I've reset the bug owner for bugs that isn't yet assigned or no activities for a while. FYI.
