You'll find that the X server is in an infinite loop. It does this
even if Xorg.conf is removed altogether. It will also start just fine
with the non-xen kernel, as it did with the xen kernel that was in
the original FC6. It's been like this since some time in October. I'd
also like to know the solution. MGA550/x86 in my case.

X server on Dom0? What is your video chipset? ATI? NVidia? Have you installed the NVidia published drivers from freshrpms or another repository that RPM bundles them?
