Do you have any debuginfo packages installed? 

rpm -qa | grep debuginfo

If so, then the yum plugin that tries to keep them current is
automagically enabling all the debuginfo repos for you. The
updates-released one does not yet exist, so thats why you see the above
error. 

Either remove all debuginfo packages, or wait a few days and that repo
should appear.
