After installing the nvidia driver from rpmfusion, run (as root) dracut, then 
reboot.  Then lsmod should show no nouveau.

I asked the @rpmfusion back (was it F13?) to do this automatically, but after 
some discussion the idea was rejected.

At least, the rpm install could tell you to do it manually.
