Did your install complete successfully, I'd be surprised if that file was missing on your installed system. Make sure that package is intact by running `rpm -V selinux-policy-targeted`. Inspect your install.log for any obvious errors indicating failures while installing packages. Also, avoid booting with selinux=0 (prefer enforcing=0). Any time you boot with selinux completely disabled, you'll need to relabel at a future date before reenabling (even in permissive mode). Thanks, James
