Compared to Fedora 13 and Fedora 12, I'm noticing that on my Dell XPS M1330 laptop, the system is under a load average of 1.0+ at all times... even with no desktop applications open. Naturally this makes it run hotter and shortens the battery life. Are other people seeing this? How to diagnose further beyond 'top' or system monitor?
