updates-testing since 2010-09-02.

The package is a critpath update, but no proven tester has tested this
package since it was pushed to testing.
= recommendation =
A proven tester tests the package so it can be pushed to stable.
I don't know whether type/component are fitting for this request, please
change appropriately if necessary.
