LiveCD but that is a "rescue" environment on its own.

the rescue option is on netinst menu. also, it is said that the first of the instalation cd's has it too.
the cd's can be downloaded from mirrors, like this:
ftp://ftp.iasi.roedu.net/mirrors/fedora.redhat.com/fedora/12/Fedora/i386/iso/Fedora-12-i386-netinst.iso
