I'm seeing this too, I've only noticed it's totally random. Sometimes
clicks work fine, sometimes they don't. Sometimes the click goes through
after 20 attempts. Occasionally I get the feeling that clicking a bit next
to the area that I want to click does the trick, but not sure about that
either.

64-bit flash with nspluginwrapper, two boxes show this. No flashblock
running. Youtube slider is where I mostly see it, but it does happen
regularly with e.g. flash-based games.

Some sort of focus/event-related thing I suppose, could be nspluginwrapper
or some generic X library thing, firefox+flash are more or less the same as
in f11, right?
