Didn't find a FUTEX_WAIT.
Tried again after yum clean all, same result.

strace yum -y update yum-presto
fun - seems like sqlite has gotten itself wedged. Is your /var/cache/yum
on an odd fs? If not - just run: yum clean all
and try again.
