My configuration is that on [1] are my gmail address is set, and in bz my fp.o mail address. I have this configuration now for a couple of month. The only problem in the past was that if I try to add my to a package under [2] that an error messages pop up with says that my gmail address was not found in bz. If discussed the problem yesterday with abadger1999 from #fedora-admin, and he did changed the behaviour, so that the problem is no solved.
