it would be very nice to announce the release candidates when
they become available.
If you wish to participate in testing Fedora, I suggest you join
the fedora-test-list. The honourable James Laska has made such an
announcement[1] just today.

to be honest, i've seen the message but i thought it was a testing
report, since ive not seen the "announce" part anywhere.
