Jesse indicated he dislikes making the release decision by himself, especially when it's late at night and no one is around. jlaska asked if there is value in defining how the release candidate phase works now? Jesse approved and recommended a separate meeting to discuss further. This led to discussion on how Rawhide bugs work through the system. Adamw recommended just closing as fixed when the developer checks in something they're pretty sure fixes it. Jesse & Will reminded that during freezes, bugs shouldn't transition to CLOSED/RAWHIDE until the package has been tagged for rawhide. It was discovered that the wiki page [[BugZappers/BugStatusWorkFlow]] didn't capture closing bugs for rawhide, only stable releases.
