I assumed (perhaps incorrectly) that an @fedoraproject.org address was
an indication of at least some authority.
It is really trivial to sign up for a Fedora account, join some group
and get an alias. Doesn't mean much, if anything really. A lot of
developers who do have a say on things do not use such aliases. Don't
read much into it.
