I had a quick look at the bugzilla,
it was initially reported against F10(rawhide).
Are you still using Rawhide, or did you stick with F10?
No, in fact I stuck with F9 since F10 never worked. I've seen some posts
from people with similar hardware getting the same issue on F11
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=484276). So I haven't
retested but will if you think there's any progress on this...
No, the issue still exists as of last weekend. I've got the same
intel chipset and have been reporting since F10-alpha here:

I'm updating against rawhide now, and I'll give it another try tonight.
