Clicking on a link in t'bird no longer opens a firefox/minefield tab.

Preferred Apps has firefox.
I don't see a bug report, so wonder if I'm missing something obvious.
I have the same issue, and I can't find a configuration option for it.
A work-around is to right-click, select Copy Link Location, and then
paste the URL into the browser's location bar.
