Which IMHO is a good thing.

As for the packages which weren't rebuilt even for F9, they might have
failed the rebuild for GCC 4.3.

Shouldn't the "Fails To Build From Source" effort ( http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FTBFS ) have catched (and removed) those in between?
