I solved this problem by disabling my exchange account while in f10, then booting to f11, accepting the test release warning with the check box checked saying don't warn me again, then re-enabling exchange. There seemed to be some sort of deadlock between the two windows. Anyway, that's a workaround if you have two partitions. I don't think I'll file a bug report on the deadlock since the warning will go away when released. Thanks to all for the suggestions.
