This has happened in the past as well. I don't remember what the solution was. It was discussed on the Fedora lists. The discussions I remembered predated F10. And I don't remember which release they were associated with. When I saw it yesterday, while grabbing a copy of the games spin, I was seeing transfer rates of between 2 and 10 KB/s with 2 or 3 peers.
