If you will look at my recent postings then you can notice that with
F10 kernel I am loosing between 30 and 40 minutes of wall-clock time
_per hour_ while the same laptop works without any such issues with
F8 distro and its current kernels.  It appears that clock sources
became somewhat "too smart".  

I still have to find some time for experiments with kernel options
(which were not needed previously).
