initscripts 8.86-1 bug with ipcalc

Looks like a bug with the latest initscripts (8.86-1). Initscripts provides ipcalc, the offending program when trying to bring up my wireless.
Running in managed mode at the moment. Was working fine prior to initscripts upgrade.

Should I file a bug?

Thanks.
