Is there no way to keep root level authentication anymore, like in Fedora 9? I'm simply tring to copy a file into me /usr/lib64 folder, and i can't do it outside of the comment prompt. of course su - cp file1 file2 works, but I can't get it to work in the GNOME interface. I've even tried su - sudo su - and while that works for the system-configs, it doesn't work for folder manangement. can anyone help me out? -- This is an email sent via The Fedora Community Portal https://fcp.surfsite.org https://fcp.surfsite.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?post_id=304470&topic_id=63995&forum=12#forumpost304470 If you think, this is spam, please report this to webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and/or blame stevenschroeder.sschroeder@xxxxxxxxxx -- fedora-test-list mailing list fedora-test-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-test-list
