Any suggestions or anyone else seeing anything strange? Is it possible
recent kernel changes are playing a part?
Is this an i386 or x86_64 install?
Does dmesg show anything fishy?
I have two rawhide-systems - the i386 one works fine with all kernels
and the x86_64 one gets me lots of oom-errors (which - among other
issues result in no gdm start) if I boot with a kernel newer than 244.
i386 system.
Nothing unusal in dmesg, log messages show kernel reporting segfaults in
software update viewer (not related to graphics probs).
I am going to readd reverted packages, one at a time (when I get some
time) to see if I can recreate the problem(s).
