I administer two machines one dual centrino and one quad phenom both of
them with 4Gb ram and both using x86_64. All 2.6.25 series kernels are
toxic in fc8 and also in fc9. Righ now I have to run fc9 with last
2.6.24 fc8 kernel (2.6.24.7-92.fc9, that is the corresponding fc8
kernel recompiled in fc9) as kernels 2.6.24 run fine on them.

On shutting down they panic (most of the times).
