I boot from boot.iso, get dhcp address, specify NFS host & directory, partition the disk, etc. and when it comes time to mount the iso to a
loopback device it can't.

There is a problem with installing from a hard disk, too - high on the
rudeness scale since it formats your /boot and root file systems just
before it fails. You can work around the NFS installation problem by
hexedit'ing your -DVD.iso file - see comments 10 and 15 in bugzilla.

This is a Fedora 9 blocker bug, so it should be fixed by the time Fedora 9
becomes generally available.

This is a show stopper especially when NFS install is mostly all I do and to top it all off root can't even edit the file and rewrite it. But that HAS to

This should be fixed in recent anaconda builds. You van use rawhide boot.ISO to install from nfs ISO of preview.
