May be I'm mis configured but my system, at last update, seems to think that at least the following packages are not signed:

gnome-settings-daemon-2.22.1-0.2008.03.26.7.fc9

gnome-desktop-devel-2.22.1-3.fc9

control-center-filesystem-2.22.1-3.fc9


Maybe others but at least these are complained about.
