I see that you filed https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=430301 As this appears to fail when nash it trying to find drivers for your disk access then most likely the next questions you will see in bugzilla will be which disk driver you happen to be using (you should be able to find that in /etc/modprobe.conf) and which kernel you were running when this occured. :-) Did you try to boot some older kernel and see if initrd can be put together then?
