Please forgive, this is my first rawhide to release experience.
Which (yum) repositories[2] should I be following to keep my machine up-to-date for testing and reporting against the F8 set? I can't get the ISOs because of no torrent access, but I want to be able to give good feed back through the planned GA release date[1].

I ask because a few messages[3] have been confusing (to me) in the last few days.

Thanks.

[2] fedora/linux/development/$basearch/os/ ??
    fedora/linux/updates/???

Enable base and updates and disable devel repository. They are currently redirected server side to the devel repo but will automatically redirect to the release repo when Fedora 8 is released.

I'm even more confused. I presume "base" means "fedora."

I have these enabled, and no others:

[root@potoroo ~]# cat /etc/yum.repos.d/* | egrep '^\[|enabled=' | grep -B1 enabled=1
[updates]
enabled=1
--
[fedora]
enabled=1
[root@potoroo ~]#

I've not seen any updates for some days, my last are these:
[root@potoroo ~]# rpm -qa kernel\*
kernel-headers-2.6.23.1-31.fc8
kernel-2.6.23.1-23.fc8
kernel-2.6.23.1-31.fc8
kernel-devel-2.6.23.1-31.fc8
kernel-devel-2.6.23.1-23.fc8
kernel-xen-2.6.21-2950.fc8
[root@potoroo ~]# tail  /var/log/yum.log-20071026

[root@potoroo ~]#

I am surprised there's no newer kernel-xen

I am sceptical that this is accurate, I thought that updates were being made past the date of this package:
[root@potoroo ~]# cat /etc/fedora-release
Fedora release 8 (Werewolf)
[root@potoroo ~]#
