No problem here.

#rpm -ivh http://rpm.livna.org/livna-release-6.rpm
#vi /etc/yum.repos.d/livna.repo
change the 'enabled=1' to 'enabled=0'
#yum --enabledrepo=livna-development install mplayer.
ups, it should be

yum --enablerepo=livna-development install mplayer
