Well, I just installed the FC6 release, and did this:

yum erase $(pre mono)

(where pre is an alias for "rpm -qa | grep -i")

It removed:

Nov 11 16:49:33 Erased: evolution-sharp
Nov 11 16:49:37 Erased: mono-data
Nov 11 16:49:39 Erased: gmime-sharp
Nov 11 16:49:42 Erased: mono-core
Nov 11 16:49:47 Erased: mono-data-sqlite
Nov 11 16:49:49 Erased: beagle-gui
Nov 11 16:49:51 Erased: beagle-evolution
Nov 11 16:50:34 Erased: tomboy
Nov 11 16:50:40 Erased: gsf-sharp
Nov 11 16:50:44 Erased: gtk-sharp2
Nov 11 16:50:49 Erased: mono-web
Nov 11 16:50:52 Erased: gnome-sharp
Nov 11 16:50:57 Erased: beagle
