DejaVu Sans Mono has the m to swash into the next character as with mo
There is not enough trailing space after the mz to distinguish characters.
This problem is extremely noticeable in the gnome-terminal with the m. It is extremely hard to read what follows:
Basically, the fonts need to accommodate upper case followed by lower case, regardless as to whether one types mV mB BmV.

With the crude test below, it is obvious in my mail reader ad in the terminal that concentration needs made regarding uniformity or some algorithm to adjust spacing to a  format that is easier to read.
